Chris Steppig is a NCAA Scholar Athlete (football) who graduated from the University of Kansas in 2004 with a degree in Strategic Communications. He was pursuing his second degree in Journalism while finishing his last season of eligibility with the Kansas football team when he was offered an internship opportunity with Rich Clarkson and Associates. That internship quickly turned into a full time career. After three Final Fours, NCAA Track Championships, a Colorado Rockies World Series, and multiple other events, Steppig finds himself working in sports marketing and also staffing all of the Clarkson series of digital photography workshops. He has been intrigued with the job that keeps him around his some of his favorite things sports, people and travel.

He lives in downtown Denver and prefers to spend his free time out of doors involved in one kind of sporting activity or another. He is an only child from Kansas City and loves getting back to see his family and cheering on the Jayhawks and the Chiefs. Other than sharing his birthday with Jesus Christ, Sir Issac Newton and Jimmy Buffet he is a pretty normal guy.
